Welcome to The Arc NCR’s Sprout Film and Art Festival

Thank you for joining this virtual event with The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region. Our Sprout Film and Art Festival livestream will begin at 6:00 P.M. on January 14, 2021 and remain available until 5:00 P.M. on January 17, 2021. The livestream includes five films from New York City’s Sprout Flix, as well as interview segments with our own local artists. Artwork from our local artists will be available to view below for the duration of the event. Artwork listed with an “add to cart” option may also be purchased through the website on a first come first serve basis.

Understanding that many families and individuals are faced with financial challenges due to COVID-19, this festival is FREE of charge. However, for those able to donate at this time, there is a donation portal on this page where you can make a gift to support the mission of The Arc NCR. Our mission is to empower people with differing abilities to live, work and thrive in the community.
