The Arc NCR Announces New Director of Resource Development
Harford County Welcomes Sara Garbarino
[Aberdeen, MD] April 11, 2016 – The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region announced today that Sara Garbarino has joined their team to further the organization’s business and donor relationships in Harford and Cecil County as their new Director of Resource Development. She comes with 10 years of experience in development, including Business Development, Marketing, Event Planning, Membership Services, and Donor and Community Relations.
Garbarino received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Towson University and her MBA from the University of Baltimore. She has spent her professional career focused on providing support to local businesses and charities in and around the Baltimore area.
