Briana is focused on encouraging and guiding youth to maximize their potential by focusing her efforts on helping the children reach their treatment goals. She spends one-on-one time with the children with a focus on addressing barriers that exist so that they can achieve their goals.

Leadership:
Briana has helped the entire TFC department with technical assistance when using the electronic record keeping system as well as her knowledge of COMAR regulations. Over the time that she has been at The Arc NCR, Briana has grown into a knowledgeable, dedicated advocate for her youth and families.
