Employee Appreciation
The week of September 10th is dedicated to recognizing Direct Support Professionals, and at The Arc NCR, we additionally take this time to recognize the team that supports them from behind the frontlines.
Celebrate the outstanding team members we have at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region!
At The Arc NCR, we empower people. Our mission is to empower people with differing abilities to live, work and thrive. But, as an agency we are about empowering all of our team members to achieve as well. We partner with the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals to participate in their E-Badge program where team members can level-up through training and certification. In addition to the increase in knowledge, the certification process also comes with an increase in pay. Please take time to click through the neighboring tabs and see the lists of those who have achieved in each level of certification. An “*” means that they achieved their certification this year.
