With an office suite at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, monarc, LLC provides in-demand mental health services, including:

Individual Therapy
Family or Couples Counseling
Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management
Group Therapy
Child/Adolescents (6-years or older) and Adult Services

Services are open to people receiving support from The Arc NCR, people in the Harford and Cecil County communities with intellectual and/or developmental disabilites, and open to the general public.
