  • Register for Self-Service Password Reset    
    The Arc NCR IT Department is making it easier than ever for you to recover your password for Office 365 if you ever forget it. You can now reset, unlock, or change your password without having to contact us by going to any web browser! Register for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) to enable the feature. Register here: http://aka.ms/ssprsetup. You can complete the sign-up process using your existing Arc NCR credentials (username and password) that you use to login today. Remember your user name is the first letter of your first name and your last name. After you complete your registration, if you ever forget your password, you can reset it again yourself from any web browser. You can select “Can’t access your account?” on the sign in page to reset or unlock your account from any device (this process does not reset the password for Ascentis/NovaTime or iCM, you will continue to contact the appropriate department for support on those applications). After registering for Self-Service Password Reset you can reset or recover you password by going to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
  • Complete Multi-Factor Authentication for your email account
    For the safety and security of our team members and our organization, each employee is required to set up Multi-Factor Authentication for their employee email account. The recommended setup is for employees to receive a text with a verification code which they can enter when logging in to their employee email. The process for this is outlined step-by-step in the document linked below:

For other IT related issues, contact the IT Helpdesk.

  • Reasons to contact our Help Desk.
    • Computer issues, including monitor, mouse, and keyboards.
    • Printer Issues, including printer not printing and request for toner.
    • Network issues.
    • Password unlock or reset. IT is not able to respond or send passwords to private email accounts for security reasons. In those situations, work through your manager or contact us directly and provide your contact cell number.
    • Help Desk business hours are 7:00am to 4:30PM. Contact your manager for emergency needs outside of normal business hours.
    • NOTE – All request for IT support must be recorded in our Help Desk Ticket system.
  • For staff at the main office.
    • First point of contact for help should be through our Help Desk Ticket web page at http://arc-helpdesk-01:81. You must be in the office to use the Help Desk Ticket web page.
    • If you cannot access the Help Desk Ticket web page, you can send an email to HelpDeskTicket@arcncr.org. You may use any email app to send your request. If you do not have access to email on a computer, you may use an email app on a cellphone.
    • Lastly you may send a text to (443) 252-6083. Please add your name to the text, so we know who is requesting assistance.
  • For staff located at supported homes (DSP Staff, House Supervisors) or working from home.
    • Send an email to HelpDeskTicket@arcncr.org. You may use any email app to send your request. If you do not have access to email on a computer, you may use an email app on a cellphone.
    • Lastly you may send a text to (443) 252-6083. Please add your name to the text, so we know who is requesting assistance.
